Delete your Alive & Well account

In the app, open Profile, then choose Delete account and data. Confirming the action permanently deletes your account and associated app data.

If you cannot sign in, email majuba920129@gmail.com from the address used for your account. Use the subject “Alive & Well account deletion request”.

Deletion covers your account, profile, selected trusted contacts, safety events, alerts, SOS and guard requests, and associated operational logs. Information required to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations may be kept only for the required period.
